After unusual enemy and charcter spawns made by the Mythrans, massive numbers of in-game item give-outs, tons of wacky stuff, and one big final battle, Lego’s first Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG), Lego Universe, has finally shut its doors and come to an end. The adventure that began on October 26, 2010, now ended on January 30, 2012. The moderators of Lego Universe, the Mythrans, and the Lego Universe developing team, all thank everyone for playing this exciting, action-filled, safe, and most importantly, fun MMOG. We are all sure that the Nexus Force won the battle for imagination!

Yes, Lego Ninjago fans, the first ever Lego TV series has begun on Cartoon Network, and it’s all about Ninjago! This TV series has a great storyline of action, adventure, comedy, fun, and most of all… ninjas! In the storyline for this new Lego TV series, Sensei Wu and the ninjas have defeated Lord Garmadon and the skeleton army, retrieved the four Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu, and restored peace to Ninjago… for now. But Lord Garmadon escaped through a portal through time and space to return one day and become powerful enough to posses the power of all four weapons and recreate Ninjago in his image. Now the ninjas face a new threat, an ancient race of snake people with special powers and abilities, the Serpentine.  Also, the ninjas must now put up with Lloyd Garmadon, a spoiled kid who is obsessed with candy and is Lord Garmadon’s son. To make things even worse, there is a mysterious man known as Samurai X, who is helping the ninja defeat the Serpenine. But will this mysterious person betray them to save himself, or will he help them spin their way to Victory? After discovering one of Sensei Wu’s scrolls, they find a prophecy that states that one ninja will rise above the other ninjas and become the Green Ninja, the one destined to defeat Lord Garmadon. Will the ninja defeat the serpentine? Will they discover the identity of Samurai X? Who will be the Green Ninja? All answers will unfold and will be revealed in the new Lego Ninjago TV series at 8/7 central on Cartoon Network! Ninja…. GO!

A recent change in the schedule for the server shutdown of Lego’s Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG), Lego Universe, has been made. The Lego Group has said that to in order to shut Lego Universe down properly, they must shut it down one day earlier. We are very sorry about loosing one day of playtime, and the Mythrans in Lego Universe say to look out for some wacky stuff in the last days of LU!

Starting December 1st, Lego Universe Game Cards could no longer be used to buy game time for Lego Universe due to Lego’s decision to shutdown it’s servers in January. If you have unused game cards, then you can get a refund for them. If the game card has not yet had the foil on it scratched off, you may get a full refund by returning it to the retailer whom you purchased the game card from. If the game card has had the foil scratched off, you may request a Lego e-Gift Card of equal val, as long as you have not yet redeemed the code on the game card. Here is the update information for the Lego Universe contests and the 2011 Nexus Force Championships. Due to Lego’s decision to close their Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG), Lego Universe, all current contests will continue and if you have won a contest you will receive your prize or reward. As for the Lego Universe 2011 Nexus Force Championships, it has been cut short and a Nexus Force Champion will be selected. Although the 2011 Nexus Force Championships were planned to go on until early December, because of Lego Universe ending on January 31st, 2011, it has ended now and all upcoming challenges and contests have been canceled.
